چکیده
Milk of naturally infected animal species is considered an essential reservoir Toxoplasma gondii, Neospora caninum, and Cryptosporidium parvum. An extant survey was performed to measure the T. N. C. parvum incidence periodic frequency amongst milk samples. One-thousand one-hundred sixty raw 400 pasteurized samples were collected. used for DNA extraction. The nested-polymerase chain reaction applied diagnose B1, NP, hsp70 genes parvum, respectively. total in examined 2.69%, 10.51%, 2.94%, Co-contamination with all three protozoa 0.38%. gondii had highest distribution sheep (5.00%) samples, while buffalo (23.68% 6.31%, respectively) Marked periodicity higher among collected during autumn summer seasons found (P <0.05). Raw cow may be reservoirs Accurate monitoring milk, particularly seasons, can diminish risk human toxoplasmosis, cryptosporidiosis, neosporosis. However, further investigations are understand exact epidemiological aspects other factors associated presence milk.

Prevalence of Neospora caninum and Toxoplasma gondii Antibodies in Bulk Milk of Dairy Cattle, Mashhad, Iran
Neospora caninum (N. caninum) and Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii) are both obligate intracellular protozoan parasites, which have gained considerable attention because of their role in bovine abortion. This study aimed to detect anti-N. caninum and -T. gondii in bulk milk of dairy cattle, Mashhad, Iran. The bulk milk samples were collected from July 2014 to June 2015 and analyzed for anti-N. cani...
متن کاملMolecular detection of Neospora caninum from naturally infected dogs in Lorestan province, West of Iran
Neospora caninum is a coccidian protozoan that causes abortion in dairy and beef cattle and neurological disorders in dogs and horses. To identify N. caninum oocysts in the dog feces the molecular approaches are known as sensitive methods that specifically detect the oocysts. In present study, a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) targeting N. caninum specific Nc5 genomic fragment was performed to ...
متن کاملCryptosporidium parvum and Cryptosporidium andersoni infection in naturally infected cattle of northwest Iran
The protozoan intestinal parasite Cryptosporidium commonly infects cattle throughout the world and Iran. The present study was undertaken to determine the abundance and associated risk factors of Cryptosporidium infection in cattle herds of northwestern Iran. A total number of 246 fecal samples from 138 (56.1%) diarrheic (D) and 108 (43.9%) non-diarrheic (ND) cattle were rando...

Abstract Background and Objective: Cryptosporidium parvum is a zoonotic protozoan parasite causing diarrheal cryptosporidiosis. Numerous outbreaks of cryptosporidiosis have been reported worldwide. The transmission via milk, water and raw animal products is one of the important ways. The aim of this study was the identification of hsp70 gene in Cryptosporidium parvum in raw c...

Flourescent antibody test (FAT) was applied to determine the cross-reactivities of monoclonal (mAb), polyclonal (pAb) antibodies to Neospora, Toxoplasma and Cryptosporidium and antisera from cattle naturally infected with Neospora canium against antigens from a number of sources. Both mAb and pAb to Neospora reacted strongly (FAT titre up to 2560) with the homologous antigens and demonstrated w...
