چکیده
In dairy industry, bovine mastitis is the most prevalent disease, which reduces milk production and causes economic losses. This study was conducted to estimate prevalence of Mycoplasma bovis some bacteria causing in farms partial sequencing 16SrRNA target genes Quinolones Resistance Determining Regions (QRDRs) (gyrA parC) M. isolates. 370 samples were obtained from located villages Fayoum governorate, Egypt. The examined (8,91%) positive for California test (CMT). Multiplex RT-PCR used recognition microorganisms (Staphylococcus (S.) aureus, Streptococcus species (spp.), Escherichia (E.) coli, (M.) bovis) mastitic milk. results revealed that E. coli predominant (84.8%) followed by S. aureus (81.8%) while lowest one (51.5%). Mixed infection with two or more bacterial agents also identified. All 33 diagnosed mixed spp. (36.36%), (21.21%), rephrase bovis, (6.06%). sequence analysis illustrated a high similarity isolates strains previously deposited GenBank recovered same locality. gyrA amino acids showed no substitution but 100% worldwide. However, acid parC, at positions 2 (Gln Arg) (CAG >>CGT), 75 (Ile Ser) (ATT>>AGC), 79 (Asn Asp) (AAC>>GAT). Sequence can lead creation appropriate treatment control measures multiplex RT-PCR, be exploited as standard diagnostic method major pathogens.

Mycoplasma bovis and bacterial pathogens in the bovine respiratory tract
Bovine respiratory disease caused by Mycoplasma bovis is a major health problem of cattle worldwide. It inflicts considerable financial losses on beef herds and is the most common cause of mortality in dairy cattle. Bacteriological examination of 35 nasal cavity samples from calves younger than three months of age identified Mycoplasma bovis in eight (22.9%) samples. These cattle were followed ...
متن کاملEffect of Cymbopogon Citratus Terpenoids against Bacterial Pathogens Causing Bovine Mastitis
Phytochemical analysis of Cymbopogon citratus revealed presence of bioactive compounds such as alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, phenols, terpenoids etc. Each of the bioactive compounds were estimated and isolated separately by solventsolvent extraction for methanolic and aqueous extracts of Cymbopogon citratus. Saponins content was higher in methanolic extracts of Cymbopogon citratus (...
متن کاملmolecular detection of common bacterial pathogens causing meningitis
background: the clinical diagnosis of meningitis is crucial, particularly in children. the early diagnosis and empiric antibiotic treatments have led to a reduction in morbidity and mortality rates. pcr and the enzymatic digestion of 16srdna fragment which is produced by universal primers led up fast and sensitive determination. the purpose of this study was to investigate a rapid method fo...
متن کاملWar against mastitis: Current concepts on controlling bovine mastitis pathogens
Mastitis, inflammation of the mammary gland, is one of the most costly and complex diseases of the dairy industry. The economic consequences of bovine mastitis are related to treatment, production losses, culling and changes in milk quality. These factors have a substantial impact on the farm business. The complexity is reflected in the numerous causative pathogens, the variety and magnitude of...
متن کاملComparative Molecular Study of Mycoplasma Bovis Isolates from Egyptian Buffaloes and Cows Suffered from Mastitis
Mycoplasma bovis (M. bovis) is widely known to be the most important etiological agent of bovine mastitis. In Egypt, the cases of Mycoplasma bovis infection are associated with dairy production losses and are difficult for treatment. The present study was concerned with comparative molecular study of M. bovis isolated from cows and buffaloes suffered from mastitis. PCR plus sequencing of variab...
