چکیده
Abstract Bi–Cu alloys may potentially be used for thermal energy storage or as a catalyst methane pyrolysis. For application research and simulations, it is necessary to know the reliable thermophysical properties of liquid alloys. Density (25, 50, 75 at. pct Cu) was measured with dilatometric method over 971 K 1500 range. decreases linearly temperature all compositions. The molar volume calculated from densities shows positive excess volume. Surface tension maximum bubble pressure 1125 data fitted linear equations show that while surface 25 Cu 50 alloy does not vary temperature, increases temperature. present results are confronted literature several model calculations, part which were performed in Pandat, reasons coefficient explained terms thermodynamics solutions.

This work investigates the modeling of the surface tension and the interface of liquid mixtures. Nine binary liquid mixtures of (DMSO+alcohols), (2-Propanol+2,2,4-trimethylpentane), (Tetrahydrofuran+2-Propanol), (Tetrahydrofuran+2,2,4-trimethylpentane), and (ethano+glycerol) are considered. Additionally, one ternary liquid mixture of (Tetrahydrofuran+2-Propanol+2,2,4-trimethylpenta...

متن کاملDensity and Temperature Dependencies of Liquid Surface Tension
In this paper the density and temperature dependencies of surface tension are investigated. Using the Lennard-Jones (12,6), as an effective pair interaction potential, a linear expression is derived for isotherms of g /r2 versus r2 for some normal and ChloroFluoroCarbons (CFCs)</...
