Modifications Induced by Rootstocks on Yield, Vigor and Nutritional Status on Vitis vinifera Cv Syrah under Hyper-Arid Conditions in Northern Chile

چکیده
Hyper-arid regions are characterized by extreme conditions for growing and lack of water (<100 mm annual rainfall average), where desertification renders human activities almost impossible. In addition to the use irrigation, different viticultural strategies should be taken into account face adverse effects these in which rootstocks may play a crucial role. The research aim was evaluate rootstock on yield, vigor, petiole nutrient content Syrah grapevines under hyper-arid during five seasons compare them ungrafted ones. St. George induced lower yield than 1103 Paulsen. Salt Creek higher plant growth vigor Cu vines Syrah, correlated P content. However, an excess according Ravaz Index. Rootstocks with V. berlandieri genetic background used maintain adequate levels avoid deficiencies or toxicity macro micronutrients.

Influence of vine vigor on grape (Vitis vinifera L. Cv. Pinot Noir) and wine proanthocyanidins.
The relationships between variations in grapevine (Vitis vinifera L. cv. Pinot noir) growth and resulting fruit and wine phenolic composition were investigated. The study was conducted in a commercial vineyard consisting of the same clone, rootstock, age, and vineyard management practices. The experimental design involved monitoring soil, vine growth, yield components, and fruit composition (so...

Stereoselective dissipation of epoxiconazole had been studied in grape and soil during plant growing under field conditions in this paper. A sensitive and rapid chiral method was developed and validated for the determination of epoxiconazole stereoisomers in grape and soil based on liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Phenomenex Lux Cellulose-1 colu...
متن کاملEffect of Rootstocks on Physiological and Biochemical Responses of Vitis vinifera ‘Shahroudi’ to Salinity and Bicarbonate Stress Conditions
The synchronization of salt stress and dominance of calcareous soils in warm and dry climate regions has led to alkaline salinity stress in vineyards. In this study, the effects of salinity and bicarbonate stresses (alone or in combination) on photosynthetic reactions and nutrient variations of Vitis vinifera ‘Shahroudi’ as a susceptible grape cultivar were evaluated. Using stenting method, sci...
متن کاملContrasting Susceptibilities to Flavescence Dorée in Vitis vinifera, Rootstocks and Wild Vitis Species
Flavescence dorée (FD) is a quarantine disease of grapevine, involving interactions between the plants, leafhopper vectors, and FD phytoplasma. Characterizing the susceptibility of vine varieties could limit disease propagation. After extensive surveys in vineyards, we showed that Cabernet Sauvignon (CS) is highly susceptible, with a high proportion of symptomatic branches and phytoplasma titer...
متن کاملIn vitro Regeneration of Grape (Vitis vinifera L.) cv. Perlette
Factors like slow and seasonal multiplication and infection with pathogens have constrained the use of conventional plant propagation methods, thus lead to development of new and novel methods of propagation like in vitro multiplication which ensures the production of virus and disease free elite planting material in large numbers. In the present work, in vitro regeneration protocol has been st...
