Modelling ventilation and convective heat transfer in deeply buried underground tunnels based on boundary layer theory

Underground traffic tunnels serve as the entry and exit buildings for underground spaces. Most of ventilation air-conditioning systems in spaces rely on cooling or preheating to save energy. The temperature distribution has always attracted attention researchers. In this study, a heat transfer model tunnel was established based energy conservation boundary layer theory, field test carried out. calculation provided study good agreement with measurement results. It is found that dimensionless air decays exponentially along at same time. fluctuates time, simple harmonic fluctuation decreases tunnel. summer, increases during day night, respectively. calculating theoretically established, which an important theoretical support natural conditioners. establishment significant economic environmental benefits.
