Grinding is one of the most widely used material removal methods at end many process chains. force related to almost all grinding parameters, which has a great influence on rate, dimensional and shape accuracy, surface subsurface integrity, thermodynamics, dynamics, wheel durability, machining system deformation. Considering that can be detect wear, energy calculation, chatter suppression, control simulation. Accurate prediction forces important for optimizing parameters structure machines fixtures. Although there are substantial research papers mechanics, comprehensive review modeling mechanics still absent from literature. To fill this gap, work reviews introduces theoretical applications in aspects principles, limitations possible future trendencies.
