Modelling minicab drivers' disordered behaviour for choosing passenger and destination in Akure, Nigeria

<p><span>This study investigated the disordered behaviour of minicab drivers for choosing passenger and destination in Akure using multinomial model nested logit respectively. Information was gathered by distribution questionnaires to plying Federal University Technology (FUTA) North gate Oja-Oba axis Akure, Nigeria. The objectives were validate performance models; identify major parameters selecting drivers, examine interrelationships variables employed. Primary data obtained from 314 respondents. found that gives better utility value than with ρ<sub>0</sub><sup>2</sup> = 0.48 more ρ<sub>c</sub><sup>2</sup> 0.46 which justifies assertion. Also, passengers are transport rates variable, distance travel time variable. recommends an accurate pricing policy operation should be efficiently formulated, implemented, enacted prevent overcharge undercharge.</span></p>
