Modeling the Enablers to FinTech Innovation in Saudi Arabia: A Hybrid Approach Using ISM and ANP

Financial technology (FinTech) has emerged as a significant financial sector breakthrough due to the sharing economy, new legislation, and IT advances, contributing its fast growth. Under national policy, Saudi Arabia intends increase number of FinTech firms. Thus, it is necessary develop more profound understanding what critically enables innovation, how these enablers are interconnected, their priorities. This research study aims identify model critical innovation by exploring contextual relationships among them importance. A hybrid approach was followed using interpretive structural modeling (ISM) an analytic network process (ANP) achieve objective. Eleven essential components were extracted from literature confirmed experts who provided input data on linkages relative importance through interviews designed questionnaire.
