In this work, authors had made computer FEM (finite element method) simulation of machining holes in part heat-resistant alloy Inconel 718. For nonlinear solver LS – Dyna been used. Material type for physical modeling workpiece have selected to Johnson Cook formulation. Tool configuration is rigid and dynamic stiffness three dimensions the fastening points. Graphs cutting forces moments different depths cut obtained. beginning cutting, addition smooth increase forces, high frequency oscillations with amplitudes 1 3 N also take parts. The resulting force has pronounced harmonic at low frequencies. maximum burst amplitude occurs period from 0.9 1.3 seconds start cutting. It recommended carry out a time through modes.
