Modeling of AAC composition without autoclaving proces

Abstract Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) technology is undergoing continuous development. This development has so far consisted mainly of expanding the palette raw materials and preparing them accordingly. The breakthrough in AAC came as a result introduction automatic control production processes. automation made it much easier to maintain proper autoclaving cycle. It allowed precise regulation temperature rises initial phase thermal processing. More favorable conditions possible produce lightweight varieties while maintaining adequate strength building components.
