چکیده
The article presents the application results of cognitive radio system model for mode control. main approach to control is strategy maximum result achievement each scenario (lack time, limitations on computing power, energy savings). hierarchical decomposition and its analysis by Saaty pair comparison method were chosen as methods implmentation, followed resource consumption matrices based optimizing parameters functioning in various scenarios. A multilevel structure elements, consisting four levels, considered, a function signal transmission efficiency via given hierarchy elements introduced. Algorithm according decision matrix scenarios given: full amount necessary resources, half available, almost exhausted, lack time situation. paper considers modes digital data transmission, three voice message six analog system. Evauation considered accordance with proposed elements. operation carried out. shows that modes, when controlled model, decrease occurs much more slowly than using addition, rate significantly reduced, while it increases sharply maintain efficiency.
