Mobile oxygen in layered nickelates of perovskite-type

The influence of the different types oxygen on structure and electrical conductivity perovskite-type nickelates were investigated. La2NiO4+δ, La0,6Sr1,4NiO4–δ, Sr3Al0,75Ni1,25O7–δ synthesised using solidstate reaction route. Phase composition was determined by X-ray powder diffraction analysis. iodometric titration technique used to specify content powders. Oxygen desorption absorption, including index variation, investigated solid electrolyte coulometry (OSEC). Electroconductive properties samples studied a standard DC four-point method. Utilizing OSEC technique, three mobile one regular type observed in perovskite layered with P/RS 2P/RS structure. These four differ binding energy crystal lattice crystallographic positions. desorption-sorption processes various have effects thermal expansion parameters. oxygen, occupying apex octahedron, affects parameters most prominently. This changes character temperature dependence specific resistivity sufficiently. Interstitial does not yield such anomalies.
