Mission of the company, prosocial attitudes and job preferences: A discrete choice experiment

چکیده
We conduct a discrete choice experiment to investigate how the mission of high-tech companies affects job attractiveness and contributes self-selection science engineering graduates who differ in prosocial attitudes. characterize by whether or not company combines its profit motive with on innovation corporate social responsibility (CSR). Furthermore, we vary design (e.g. autonomy) contractible attributes security). find that CSR are considered more attractive. Women individuals altruistic less competitive feel particularly attracted such companies.
