چکیده
Introduction. The occurrence of aortic dissection is related to the proliferation and metastasis vascular smooth muscle cells. In our present study, we found that expression miR-140-5p was inhibited in wall abdominal aorta patients. However, mechanism development unclear. Material methods. We detected NCK Associated Protein 1 (NCKAP1) blood vessel patients normal people by PCR. Next, established overexpression inhibition cells (CRL-1999 cells). BrdU assays, wound healing assays transwell were performed detect invasion ability these Finally, luciferase reporter assay relationship between NCKAP1. Results. suppressed patients, levels NCKAP1 those tissues upregulated. Overexpression proliferation, migration targeted Conclusions. repressed targeting inhibiting Furthermore, results study suggest new strategies targets for clinical treatment arterial dissection.

Tanshinone IIA inhibits AGEs-induced proliferation and migration of cultured vascular smooth muscle cells by suppressing ERK1/2 MAPK signaling
Objective(s): Vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) play a key role in the pathogenesis of diabetic vascular disease. Our current study sought to explore the effects of tanshinone IIA on the proliferation and migration of VSMCs induced by advanced glycation end products (AGEs). Materials and Methods: In this study, we examined the effects of tanshinone IIA by cell proliferation assay and cell mi...

Objective(s): To investigate the role of autophagy in advanced glycation end products (AGEs)-induced proliferation and migration in rat vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs).Materials and Methods: After culture, VSMCs were treated with 0, 1, 10, and 100 μg/ml concentrations of AGEs. Autophagy specific protein light chain 3 (LC3)-I/II was determined by western blotting, autophagosomes were observ...
متن کاملmiR-379 Inhibits Cell Proliferation, Invasion, and Migration of Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells by Targeting Insulin-Like Factor-1
PURPOSE MicroRNAs are small non-coding RNAs that play important roles in vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) function. This study investigated the role of miR-379 on proliferation, invasion, and migration of VSMCs and explored underlying mechanisms thereof. MATERIALS AND METHODS MicroRNA, mRNA, and protein levels were determined by quantitative real-time PCR and western blot. The proliferative...
متن کاملmiR 1296-5p Inhibits the Migration and Invasion of Gastric Cancer Cells by Repressing ERBB2 Expression
The metastasis of gastric cancer, one of the most common tumors, has a molecular mechanism that is still largely unclear. Here we investigated the role of possible tumor-suppressor miR-1296-5p in the cell migration and invasion of ERBB2-positive gastric cancer. It found that miR-1296-5p was significantly down-regulated in gastric cancer tissues. Moreover, it was down-regulated in lymph node met...

Aberrant proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases including coronary heart disease, restenosis and atherosclerosis. MicroRNAs are a class of small, non-coding and endogenous RNAs that play critical roles in VSMCs function. In this study, we showed that PDGF-bb, as a stimulant, promoted VSMCs proliferat...
