UKM Mebel Berkah Raya is a company engaged in the field of furniture, one products produced Sofa products. The large number competitors who are company's competitors, makes it difficult for to compete with similar on market, therefore, conducts preliminary survey involving loyal customers owned by Raya, order find out desires sofa products, especially that Raya. data obtained shows problem product lies design attributes, so problems owned, further research carried which aims detail then carry re-design product, will produce accordance customer's wishes. This study uses Kano method determine level customer satisfaction paying attention attributes attached product. urgency each Voice Customers, action can be taken according priority results obtained. this developed provisions Attractive satisfaction. Indiffrent generate positive feedback customers.attribute One-Dimantion increase So resulting form an existing representative measurements have been used.
