With the explosive growth in demand for mobile data traffic, contradiction between capacity requirements and spectrum scarcity becomes more prominent. The bandwidth is becoming a key issue 5G networks. However, with huge from 30 GHz to 300 GHz, mm Wave communications considered an important part of network providing multi communication services, where channel state information considers challenging task millimeter wave MIMO systems due number antennas. Therefore, this paper discusses signal models Wave, novel formulation estimation inclusive low rank features, that we improved using developed theory matrix completion Alternating Direction Method.
