چکیده
A low-temperature sintered silver paste was used for the metallization of tempered glass, which to prepare vacuum-tempered glass by soldering with Sn96.5Ag3Cu0.5 (SAC305). The effects content and sintering temperature on microstructures, shear strengths, fracture mechanisms bondlines were investigated in detail. microstructure thick film its interface characterized. dissolution precipitation behaviors Bi–B–Zn also analyzed. Bi4B2O9 crystals detected when joining increased above 450 °C, can strengthen glass. After at °C 10 min, an excellent bondline formed using paste, had a strength 42.3 ± 2.4 MPa leak rate 7.2 0.4 × 10–3 Pa.cm3/s. composition 80 wt.% 20 powder. Furthermore, heat transfer tests revealed that vacuum thermal insulation properties. results showed combined effective method

Microstructure and mechanical properties of pressureless sintered alumina-silver composites
The silver toughened alumina ceramics, which were fabricated via a conventional ceramic processing route using commercially available alumina and silver oxide powders as the starting materials, exhibit a higher fracture toughness (6 to 9 MPamo.5) than the monolithic alumina ceramic ( 2.5 to 3.0 MPamo.5). The weak interfacial bonding between the silver inclusions and the alumina matrix is charac...
متن کاملLow-Temperature Properties of Silver
Pure silver is used extensively in the preparation of high-temperature superconductor wires, tapes, films, and other configurations in which the silver not only shields the superconducting material from the surrounding materials, but also provides a degree of flexibility and strain relief, as well as stabilization and low-resistance electrical contact. Silver is relatively expensive, but at thi...
متن کاملThe Effect of Oxygen Partial Pressure on Microstructure and Properties of Fe40Al Alloy Sintered under Vacuum
This paper presents the results of studies on the influence of oxygen partial pressure (vacuum level in the chamber) on the properties of FeAl intermetallics. One of the problems in the application of classical methods of prepared Fe-Al intermetallic is the occurrence of oxides. Applying a vacuum during sintering should reduce this effect. In order to analyze the effect of oxygen partial pressu...

Flash sintering has been investigated as a modern sintering method through examining the effect of processing parameters such as current density, temperature, and contact paste on the flash sintered 8YSZ characteristic. 95% of theoretical density was achieved at 800°С in 30sec with a field intensity of 100V.cm-1 and a current density of 160mA.mm-2. Such relative density in conventional sinterin...

Producing parts with high density and improved mechanical properties is one of the most important aims of powder metallurgy process. There are many factors for attaining modified properties in sintered parts but among them controlling type and quantity of alloying elements and manufacturing parameters such as compacting pressure, sintering temperature are the most effective. In this research, t...
