Biodiversitas 22: 3467-3473. The Wirasangka mango is District’s flora identity, which requires recognition, its existence deserves be preserved. However, based on the morphology fruit, most people still have difficulty distinguishing wirasangka from other mangoes. Molecular markers are needed ascertain differences between these varieties. Microsatellite DNA a repeating stable with high repeatability polymorphism. This study analyzes level microsatellite alleles that can differentiate Indonesia, i.e. wirasangka, tengkueh, golek, okyong. Eleven accessions six locations in District were analyzed using ten loci. amplification result was separated electrophoresis 6% polyacrylamide gel then visualized silver dye. A total 35 found measuring 100-1000 bp, ranging 1-7 for each locus. average polymorphism information content (PIC) 0.54 indicates relatively informative. Therefore, used specific allele characteristic accession locus AJ63516, an size 600-700bp.
