Methods of treating jaw cysts in children. Retrospective analysis

Odontogenic cysts of the jaws are one most common tumour-like neoplasms maxillofacial region in children. Today, there various methods treating cysts, but childhood, problem choosing a treatment method is relevant and at same time difficult, as some authors prefer cystectomy, while others cystotomy. Purpose - to analyze management jaw children depending on type cyst. Materials methods. A retrospective analysis 286 case histories patients with aged 4 17 years was performed.
