This review of the literature is devoted to comparison tonometers based on various operating principles, their advantages and disadvantages. The principles operation each considered in tonometer are discussed. features structure mechanisms for measuring intraocular pressure highlighted, basis which anatomical other factors that have greatest impact reliability measurement accounting data obtained clinical practice determined.
