Method of parametric analysis of reciprocating electric generators with permanent magnets

چکیده
A method for the parametric analysis of electric generators reciprocating motion with permanent magnets has been developed, which allows revealing values parameters magnetic circuit (cross-sectional area) and working winding (number turns) at a given value efficiency, providing minimum specific gravity generator. The consists three stages. first second stages are electromagnetic calculation generator: stage, main geometric dimensions system generator determined; verification generator, nominal mode, efficiency assessment thermal state fulfilled. At third specified constraints is carried out, as well refinement configuration using two-dimensional finite element model field. As result, to ensure better use electrical steel thereby reduce its mass, most saturated areas areas, characterized by low field strength, determined. Distinctive features proposed technique are: longitudinal, transverse or combined changes in flux passing through an objective function; approach calculation; taking into account influence operating temperature on magnet, overheating individual parts
