Metaplasticbreastcarcinomas are rare tumours. They constitute a heterogeneous group of tumors defined according to the World Health Organization as being an infiltrating ductal carcinoma but comprising areas metaplastic changes (of squamous cell type, withspindlecells, chondroid and bone or mixed), which vary from few foci microscopic complete glandular replacement. The clinical radiological aspects not specific.The treatmentismainlysurgical, radiotherapy chemotherapy retain considerable place. Hormone therapy has no prognosis is grim. Histopathology combined with immunohistochemistry makes it possible make sure diagnosis. We report case metaplasticcarcinoma in young patient already treated for bilateral breast through analysis data literature, we focus on different this type breastcarcinoma.
