Alkaline Water Splitting In article number 2301405, Ravichandar Babarao, Seunghyun Lee, and co-workers demonstrate excellent bifunctional activity for water-splitting from metal-organic framework derived boron-doped cobalt-oxide/Cobalt metal@N-doped carbon 3D mesoporous heterostructures grown vertically on Ni foam substrate. The synergistic effect between boron doping the modulated cobalt oxidation states results in remarkable oxygen hydrogen evolution reactions at low overpotentials.
