Metabolic syndrome is clusters of dyslipidemia, obesity, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus. Its prevalence increases in autoimmune diseases as RA. risk for cardiovascular ischemic heart disease, subclinical atherosclerosis, it preferred to detect metabolic factors RA patients, decreases better controlling activity.
