چکیده

Metabolic syndrome is a complex of metabolic, hormonal and clinical disorders. The aim the research was to consider main markers metabolic disorders in body fish on model toxic damage zebrafish (20 males 20 females) aged 2-3 months. Before start experiment, were divided into two parity groups. Indicators monitored daily according standard methods. quality habitat corresponded GOST 15.372 - 87, displacement aquarium 75 liters. conditions keeping feeding (crushed Tetra food) experimental group similar, however, order simulate liver damage, Carbamate MN (Moscow) added at concentration 4.5 mg/l terms active substance. On 7th day blood taken from gill vein control groups, method Jill M Murtha (2003), determine biochemical parameters [15,16]. quantitative indicators revealed during experiments processed using Statistica 6.0 software package. Statistically significant glucose, bilirubin total protein individual So content glucose cholesterol doubled females group, compared with control. higher than maximum allowable level this indicator (reference values) by 16%. use dosage contributed disorders, manifested change (total protein), fat (cholesterol), carbohydrate (glucose) pigment (bilirubin) metabolism, which are predictors morpho -functional state liver.

SteatoNet: The First Integrated Human Metabolic Model with Multi-layered Regulation to Investigate Liver-Associated Pathologies

Current state-of-the-art mathematical models to investigate complex biological processes, in particular liver-associated pathologies, have limited expansiveness, flexibility, representation of integrated regulation and rely on the availability of detailed kinetic data. We generated the SteatoNet, a multi-pathway, multi-tissue model and in silico platform to investigate hepatic metabolism and it...

Review Occurrence of tendon pathologies in metabolic disorders

This article reviews the pathogenetic role of metabolic disorders, which are of paramount relevance to the progression of tendon damage. In diabetes, the prevalence of rheumatological diseases is high, mainly because of the deleterious effects of advanced glycation end products that deteriorate the biological and mechanical functions of tendons and ligaments. In heterozygous familial hyperchole...
