MEDICO-LEGAL ASPECTS OF COVID-19 DISEASE IN INDIA: A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW.

In India, the first case of a COVID-19 patient was reported on 30th January 2020 by Ministry Health and Family Welfare in Kerala’s Thrissur district. On 11th March 2020, World Organization (WHO) director-general’s briefed media as an opening statement outbreak pandemic worldwide. literature data search, no article found which comprises ethical medico-legal aspects related to COVID 19 situation. Therefore purpose present review evaluate Indian Covid-19 disease. review, different topics were covered such Epidemic Disease Act - 1897, Disaster Management 2005, Biomedical Waste 1998, amendments Telemedicine and/or Teledentistry era etc. The challenges are huge, but basic principles laws can keep healthcare personnel out woods.
