Aim. To improve diagnostics and screening of prostate cancer to ensure early detection malignant tumors. Materials methods . We analyzed the population size structure in region 2005–2010. The primary regional healthcare institutions allowed locally advanced tumors generalized cancer. Such diagnostic approaches can produce only accidental diagnosis since they lack proper systematization, organization, control. Results have developed implemented into clinical practice a long-term Program for Prostate Cancer Early Diagnosis Screening. It includes algorithm that was modified use. Screening starts with PSA blood test performed annually.
