The prevalence of drug abuse cases is increasing day by day. This accompanied the high number crime. In handling drug-related cases, a medical assessment required from psychiatrist or doctor authorized to provide an assessment. article uses research method in form literature study. From this study it was found that can play role judicial process, protect suspects and environment, improving handling. Indonesia, sanctions for narcotics have two-way system, namely criminal operational sanctions. Criminal are used prevent illicit traffic Narcotics their ingredients rehabilitation action-consequence abuse. Based on law, judges decide order addicts undergo treatment and/or treatment. Through integrated assessment, which involves team legal team. Judgments viewed point view, so more decisions starting include not only decisions, but also users.
