Mechanized Grape Harvest Efficiency

چکیده
Due to the low number of employees and time limit in field grape harvesting, we focused presented article on evaluating effectiveness deployment an outboard harvester within conditions Slovak viticulture. The vineyards are Nitra wine-growing region southwestern slopes behind Pivnica Radošina company, Pieš?any district, a total area 33 ha. object research was PELLENC 8090 Selective Process trailed aggregated with SAME Frutteto3 100 tractor. mechanized harvesting tested s. r. three selected varieties (Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Tramin Red) for two years. Entry conditions, technical parameters equipment, weather were monitored all varieties. Data analyzed STATISTICA statistical software. As part research, post-harvest losses due monitored. average examined reached value 2.17% 2018, 2.25% 2017. A significant output efficiency set where 2018 minimum 146.3 ha (the cost grapes 500 Euro·t?1). fixed items, as two-year tractor collector (for 2017) used harvesting. difference compared previous completely new during period that have not yet been evaluated. economic over years elaborated detail, which highlighted benefits multi-annual use. In terms examining losses, differences shown only between varieties, but also years, these data statistically verified. paper evaluates dependence use changes purchase price (increasing it exponentially increases required area) changing hourly wage employee degressively reduces area). From results can be said economically outputs achieved machine collection.

How to Judge Grape Ripeness Before Harvest
Grape ripeness is an elusive concept for many people and sometimes an elusive achievement for vineyards. Much of the difficulty with discussions of grape ripeness is that there is often an implied standard, but in reality, ripeness is an entirely subjective judgment. So, there are really two issues to address: 1) how do we define grape ripeness and 2) how do we measure ripeness parameters to as...

متن کاملAn optimization approach for scheduling wine grape harvest operations
This article presents a practical tool for optimally scheduling wine grape harvesting operations taking into account both operational costs and grape quality. We solve a mixed-integer linear programming model to support harvest scheduling, labor allocation, and routing decisions. A quality loss function is used to represent wine quality reduction at each vineyard block due to premature or defer...

In this study the effects of plant growth regulators including; GA3 (0 and 50 mg/l) and ethephon (0 and 500 mg/l) were studied on the quality properties of two grape cultivars (Perlette and Yaghuti). At the harvest time, some physicochemical characteristics such as fruit cluster weight, fruit diameter, length, volume and L/D ratio, flesh firmness, fresh weight, TA, pH, TSS and fruit color were ...
