Advanced polymer matrix composites are gaining the market in their way due to exceptional specific stiffness, strength, fatigue, and corrosion resistance field of Auto-Tech, Aero-Tech, Biotech, etc. However, lack ductility catastrophic failure has limited application these areas. Hence there is a need explore means protocols for designing reduced factor safety with high-performance toughened composites. To address this problem, new generation pseudo-ductile or ductile behavior needed.
