چکیده

Abstract Modern industrial process and household equipment more often use direct drives. According to European policy, Industry 4.0 new 5.0 need undertake the effort required ensure a sustainable, human-centric, resilient industry. One of main problems rotating machines is mechanical vibrations that can limit lifetime final product or machine in which they are applied. Therefore, analysis vibration electrical drives crucial for appropriate maintenance machine. The present article undertakes an measured at laboratory stand with multiple dominant frequencies range 50–500 Hz. fast Fourier transform (FFT) gives information about frequency component without its time localisation. While solution made available by short-time (STFT) able overcome problem FFT, it still has limitations, particularly terms there being lacuna localisation; accordingly, felt other methods give good localisation frequency. In article, continuous wavelet (CWT) was investigated, requires selection function (kernel transformation). complex Morlet selected description central bandwidth. CWT STFT time-frequency capabilities were compared investigate data registered from direct-drive stand. better than even same resolution. Vibration near-locations separated joined them into one wide pick. To extraction features electric drive systems, author, based on analysing results study, recommends be used instead STFT.

QRS Complex Detection Using Combination of Mexican-hat Wavelet and Complex Morlet Wavelet

QRS complex detection is usually the most important step for automated electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis. In this paper, we present a new approach of QRS complex detection. The Mexican-hat wavelet and complex Morlet wavelet are used to transform the ECG signal, and according to the trait that the modulus maxima of the two wavelet coefficients above correspond with R peaks of ECG signal, a detect...

Robust attenuation of direct-drive robot-tip vibrations

This paper suggests and employs a method for reducing vibrations at the tip of a robot. The vibrations, caused by structural flexibility, are detected using accelerometers. The robot control system consists of two complementary sub-systems: a nominal motion controller and a vibration compensator. The former one realizes joint motions in accordance with a prescribed tip trajectory. The latter on...

A Damage Detection Algorithm Using the Morlet Wavelet Transform∗

In this paper, a damage detection algorithm based on the Morlet wavelet transform of the vibration signal is presented. In the rst part of the paper, an expression for the energies of wavelet coe cients (damage sensitive feature vectors) using the Morlet wavelet basis is derived for a multi-degree of freedom system. It is shown that the energies of the wavelet coe cients extracted at higher sca...

Design of direct-drive mechanical arms

This paper describes the design concept of a new robot based on the direct-'drive method using rare-earth DC torque motors. Because these motors have high torque, light weight and compact size, we can construct robots with far better performance than those presently available. For example, we can eliminate all the transmission mechanisms between the motors and their loads, such as reducers and ...

An Image Denoising Framework Using Wavelet Shrinkage and Dt-cwt

Non-stationary signal processing applications use standard nonredundant DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform) which is very powerful tool. But it suffers from shift sensitivity, absence of phase information, and poor directionality. To remove out these limitations, many researchers developed extensions to the standard DWT such as WP (Wavelet Packet Transform), and SWT (Stationary Wavelet Transform)....
