Mechanical performance analysis and experimental study of the mechanics four-star-type crank-linkage mechanism marine air compressor were carried out to improve submerged floating stealth underwater vehicle meet demand its large diving depth. Firstly, we analyzed forces on mechanism, derived inertia moments proved advantages in balancing second-order reciprocating forces. The static strength some parts was calibrated, modal out. Second, a flexible crankshaft dynamics model established influence kinematic pair parameters excitation characteristics main bearing. mechanical with clearance Finally, test bench designed built independently analyze effects size rotational speed acceleration motion vibration slider. results show that first-order force moment mainly exist mechanism. friction revolving can suppress part resonance peak, but it will broaden band excite high-frequency vibration. larger pair, higher speed, amplitude, more concentrated phase trajectory. research this paper guide low-noise design other types compressors, help overall level future directions for control compressors.
