Mechanical Needling with Sterile Water versus Steroids Injection for Facet Joint Syndrome: A Retrospective Observational Study

Objective. This present study aimed to explore the clinical effects of ultrasound-guided (USG) mechanical needling with sterile water injection for lumbar facet joint syndrome. Methods. was a retrospective cohort that assessed outcome ageing patients who received USG injection. In addition, age- and gender-matched randomly selected from compared injected steroids in 2 : 1 ratio. The data were extracted medical records syndrome at lumbosacral spine by first author.
