Abstract A flat slab is widely used as an alternative form of a house roof. The roof work does not take long. Its simple structure beautiful to homeowners with minimalist concept. Because this use covering, it very susceptible the influence sea. Damage often occurs. Acid rain causes concrete become porous material. This investigation aims produce durable solve existing problems. test object was reinforced 30cmx60cmx15cm. Three types compressive strength were used, namely 20 MPa, 30 and 35 MPa. At same time, green concept by replacing some cement rice husk ash. effect acid carried out immersing specimens in solution for 28 days, 90 120 days. All samples tested flexural their mechanical properties XRD microstructural properties. results show that ash can reduce damage occurs due acid. gypsum calcium oxide content phenomenon damage.
