Mecanismos celulares de patogenicidade em protozoários de importância médica

چکیده
Resumo As parasitoses humanas como: malária, leishmanioses, doença de Chagas e tricomoníase são causadas por protozoários apresentam elevadas taxas prevalência morbimortalidade. Apesar dos números alarmantes, essas doenças negligenciadas, recebendo pouca atenção no desenvolvimento novos fármacos e, portanto, o combate dessas enfermidades permanece um objetivo a ser alcançado. A pesquisa básica tem papel fundamental para compreensão mecanismos celulares moleculares na busca alvos terapêuticos. Nesse contexto, esta revisão reúne as principais vias que os Plasmodium spp., Leishmania Trypanosoma cruzi Trichomonas vaginalis utilizam estabelecer infecção causar patogenicidade. Os descritos incluem: (i) adesão, invasão saída da célula hospedeira, (ii) evasão resposta imune do hospedeiro, (iii) comunicação celular mediada vesículas extracelulares, (iv) peptidases metabolismo redox, (v) morte inflamassomas. De forma geral, estudos avançados têm identificado proteínas, enzimas receptores, em nível molecular, desempenham papéis fundamentais estabelecimento constituem-se como potenciais terapêuticos tratamento, diagnóstico vacinas controlar erradicar parasitoses. Abstract The human parasitic diseases such as: malaria, Leishmaniasis, disease and trichomoniasis are caused by protozoa present high rates of prevalence morbimortality. However, despite the alarming numbers, these neglected, receiving little attention in development new drugs and, therefore, fight against remains goal to be achieved. Basic research plays role understanding cellular molecular mechanisms search for therapeutic targets. In this context, review brings together main pathways that use establish infection cause pathogenicity. described herein include: host cell adhesion, invasion egress, immune response evasion, communication mediated extracellular vesicles; redox metabolism, death inflammasomes. general, advanced studies have identified proteins, enzymes, receptors at level, which play key roles establishment represents potential targets treatment, diagnosis vaccines control eradicate diseases.
