چکیده

Abstract The cross-breed chickens are indigenous formed from quality donor with their respective characteristics and advantages. hope is that the chicken this cross has advantages, especially better meat quality. purpose of study was to analyze carcass crosses. were Merawang, Murung panggang KUB chickens. results divided into two breeds, namely first breeds females Merawang males, while second males. Chickens reared DOC until age eight ten weeks for each nation female male sexes in Kronggahan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. total number 151 which slaughtered using halal method. showed breed had higher fat content (1,97%), protein (18,83%) cholesterol (43,68 mm/g) than chicken, respectively 1,84%; 18,43% 43,33 mm/g. However, tenderness 2,50 lower 2,73. Consumers more likely like because it savory juicy.
