MEASURING AWARENESS ABOUT MUTUAL FUNDS: A STUDY ON BANK EMPLOYEES IN TRIPURA

This paper aims to find out bank employees' awareness level towards mutual funds and their impact on investment in the fund. The study was conducted using a simple random sampling design of 262 employees working different banks Tripura, India. size population 815 employees. data collected structured questionnaire. Ordinal logistic regression analysis chi-square test were used assess funds. It found that overall Tripura high, volume fund are directly related. We preliminary evaluation ten multiple questions having one option correct. will provide complete informative summary policymaker, employees, non-bank make decisions for investment. help take all necessary steps spread updated about among investors. consists several vital inputs which be useful academician go further detail. Further research may done this field by taking another variable factor needs considered measure level.
