In this paper, ultra-massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) channel measurements at 5.3 GHz are conducted, including different antenna array configurations and measurement scenarios. The include uniform linear (ULA) distributed (DULA). scenarios single-user fixed-to-fixed (F2F), multi-user F2F, fixed-to-mobile (F2M) statistical properties of MIMO channels studied, delay power spectral density (DPSD), space cross-correlation function (SCCF), angle (ACCF), frequency correlation (FCF), root mean square (RMS) spread (DS), RMS (AS), singular value (SVS), scalar product (SP), level crossing rate (LCR), average fading duration (AFD), Doppler (PSD), etc. specific characteristics investigated validated by measurements, spatial non-stationarity, spherical wavefront behavior, hardening, sparse in the domain. addition, capacities investigated. results will be a great importance for communication system deployments.
