Using data samples collected with the BESIII detector operating at BEPCII storage ring, we measure cross sections of $e^{+}e^{-}\rightarrow\pi^{+}\pi^{-}D^{+}D^{-}$ process center-of-mass energies from 4.190 to 4.946 GeV a partial reconstruction method. Two resonance structures are seen and parameters determined fit section line shape. The first observe has mass (4373.1 $\pm$ 4.0 2.2) MeV/$c^2$ width (146.5 7.4 1.3) MeV, in agreement those $Y(4390)$ state; other (4706 11 4) MeV/$c^2$, (45 28 9) statistical significance $4.1$ standard deviations ($\sigma$). This is evidence for vector state this value. spin-$3$ $D$-wave charmonium $X(3842)$ searched through $e^{+}e^{-}\rightarrow\pi^{+}\pi^{-}X(3842)\rightarrow\pi^{+}\pi^{-}D^{+}D^{-}$ process, $4.2\sigma$ found 4.600 4.700 GeV.
