Mean-field approximations in effective thermo-viscoelastic behavior for composite parts obtained via fused deposition modeling technology

چکیده

Aiming to estimate the effective behavior of parts obtained by fused deposition modeling (FDM) in case short fiber composite materials, Mean-field homogenization procedure, introduced linear elasticity, is here extended thermo-viscoelasticity. The variation parameters describing state fibers inside printing filament represented introducing appropriate distribution functions through statistical analysis microstructure. validation procedure achieved comparing its predictions with calculations based on full-field Fast-Fourier-Transform and experiments results from samples treated autoclave remove layer-scale porosities printed filament.
