چکیده
Objective: This study aimed to determine whether there was a correlation between the systemic im-mune-inflammation index and ovarian reserve markers such as follicle stimulant hormone, estradiol, anti-mullerian hormone Methods: The comprised 65 people with premature insufficiency 71 controls sim-ilar demographics. concentrations of hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets, white blood cells, neutro-phils, lymphocytes were evaluated. neutrophil leukocyte ratio, platelet lymphocyte immune-inflammation calculated. antral count reserves all patients evaluated by transvaginal ultrasonography. An independent t-test used for comparison control groups. Correlations variables analyzed using Pearson's test. A p value 0.05 considered significant. Results: results neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio platelet-lymphocyte showed significant difference groups (p = 0.043). Systemic Immune Inflammation Index statistically found There positive index, while negative count, hormone. In ROC analysis SII at cut-off level 441.35, sensitivity 72.1% specificity 68.9. Conclusion: Our first in this field reveal relationship failure index. According our results, are significant-ly higher individuals failure.

Microdeletions in FMR2 may be a significant cause of premature ovarian failure.
Genetic causes of premature ovarian failure (POF) include X chromosome deletions and fragile X (FRAXA) premutations. While screening a cohort of women with POF for FRAXA premutations, a more distal trinucleotide repeat, FRAXE, was also tested. We found an unexpected excess of FRAXE alleles with apparently fewer than 11 repeats in the POF group. However, sequence analysis of these alleles showed...

Variability in the subfertile patient population excludes the possibility of a single approach to controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) covering all the requirements of a patient. Modern medical science has made great advances in the understanding and the development of new drugs, treatment options and quantitative methods that can identify single patient characteristics. Factors that reduce fol...
متن کاملThe Presence of Anti Thyroid and Anti Ovarian Auto-Antibodies in Familial Premature Ovarian Failure
Background Premature ovarian failure (POF) is a disorder of multi causal etiology. Autoimmunity has been proposed as a mechanism for some cases of ovarian follicle dysfunction which is evident in POF. The aim of this study was to identify the level of auto-antibodies in POF and familial POF patients. MaterialsAndMethods In this study, auto-antibodies including anti-ovarian antibody (AOA), anti ...

Premature Ovarian Failure (POF) defined as functional stop of ovaries before the age of 40. It is a common cause of infertility in women that characterized by primary or secondary amenorrhea, high gonadotropin levels and estrogen level declining in patients. Factors that reduce follicle or defect in the follicle growth stimulating mechanism defined as numerous complication factors that they can...
متن کاملAutoimmune premature ovarian failure
Premature ovarian failure (POF), also termed as primary ovarian insufficiency (POI), is a highly heterogenous condition affecting 0.5-3.0% of women in childbearing age. These young women comprise quite a formidable group with unique physical and psychological needs that require special attention. Premature ovarian senescence (POS) in all of its forms evolves insidiously as a basically asymptoma...
