May Argyrophilic Nucleolar Organizer Regions be the New Marker of a Hypoxic Response in Non ST Elevation Myocardial İnfarction?

Objective: Non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) is a type of acute coronary syndrome and its’ incidence similarly high to ST-elevation infarction. Nucleolar organizing regions (NORs) are located the secondary structure acrocentric chromosome composed proteins ribosomal DNA (rDNA) some which argyrophilic. We aimed investigate change AgNOR proteins, increase in hypoxia, patients with NSTEMI.
 Methods: A total 125 participants, 63 NSTEMI 62 volunteers without any were included study. Echocardiography was performed both mean Number area/total nuclear area (TAA/TNA) detected for each individuals.
