چکیده

Chemical fertilizers primarily focus on providing a few essential nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (NPK), neglecting other micronutrients required for healthy plant growth. This imbalance can lead to nutrient deficiencies in plants subsequently the food produced. Contributing better security improved nutrition growing population, these organic manures biofertilizers provide plants, improving their content overall nutritional quality, which are highly valuable addressing needs of population. Contrarily, imbalanced decreases productivity deteriorates soil fertility, inturn increases cost cultivation. problem be only solved by quantifying biofertilizer integration with nutrients. With this mind, an experiment was conducted 2021 at crop research center ITM University's School Agriculture Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Using randomized block design three replications different bio-fertilizers. There ten distinct treatments (from T1 T10). Different types had substantial impact intake. The highest uptake (N, P, K, Zn) achieved when NADEP-2 t/ha + PSB-2.5 lit/ha (T7) applied manner comparable absolute control, that is, without treatment biofertilizer. Furthermore, economics treatment, maximum gross returns (Rs 1,48,995 ha-1), net 1,11,335 ha-1) B:C ratio (2.95) recorded under T7 Urd bean.

BLACK GRAM ( Vigna mungo ) - A hypolipidemic pulse

Cardiovascular problems have been haunting human populations for a long time with no specific cure. It is believed that a shift in the eating, and physical habits might have paved the way for the alarming increase in cardiovascular diseases. Increase in the lipid level has been pinpointed as an important risk factor. Hence epidemiological and clinical studies were undertaken throughout the worl...

Black gram (Vigna Mungo L.) foliage supplementation to crossbred cows: effects on feed intake, nutrient digestibility and milk production

OBJECTIVE An experiment was conducted to examine the effect of dietary supplementation of dried and ground foliage of black gram (Vigna mungo L.) on feed intake and utilization, and production performance of crossbred lactating cows. METHODS Eighteen lactating crossbred (Bos taurus×Bos indicus) cows (body weight 330.93± 10.82 kg) at their second and mid lactation (milk yield 6.77±0.54 kg/d) w...

Agronomic Traits and Total Seed Protein in Black Gram Vigna Mungo (l.) Hepper

This study evaluated agronomic traits of 111 genotypes of black gram Vigna mungo (L.) Hepper, mainly from Pakistan, to determine the extent of genetic diversity. Seed proteins were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. High genetic variance was observed for days to flowering, days to maturity, number of branches/plant, number of pods/plant, biomass/plant, grain yield/plant and harvest index, whereas low geneti...

Purification and Characterization of Acid Phosphatase from a Germinating Black Gram (vigna Mungo L.) Seedling

An acid phosphatase has been isolated and purified from an extract of a germinating black gram seedling. The method was accomplished by gel filtration of a germinating black gram seedling crude extract on sephadex G-75 followed by ion exchange chromatography on DEAE cellulose. The acid phosphatase gave a single band on SDS-polyacrylamide slab gel electrophoresis. The molecular weight of the aci...

Effect of Bio-fertilizer on Different Varieties of Black Gram (Vigna mungo L)

Black gram (Vigna mungo L) is a short duration crop belongs to leguminacae family. Black gram is rich in protein (25-26%) and grown as intercrop, catch crop also as solo crop. It is also called as urd bean. In India the area under black gram cultivation is 3.30 million ha producing 1.60 million tonnes, with the mean productivity of 0.49 kg ha -1 and contributes 11% of total production in the co...
