چکیده
Maxillomandibular analysis relates the upper and lower jaw. The anteroposterior relationship of maxilla mandible through both angular linear measurements is used to assess sagittal jaw relationship. To evaluate skeletal maxillomandibular changes in patients with class I malocclusion after extraction non-extraction orthodontic treatment Solan population. Cephalometric radiographs before 50 were study. sample was divided into 2 groups, Group (Class I, N=25, cases) II cases). parameters (ANB, Wits Appraisal, Harvold unit length difference, plane angle AB, convexity MKG angle) measured groups. When comparing two significant observed ANB (p=0.05), AO-BO (p=0.00), (p=0.03) (p=0, 00). Conversely, (p=0.70) AB (p=0.75) found be insignificant. result above study indicated that bone angle, AO-BO, can treatment.

متن کاملAssessing the Correlation between Cephalometric Measurements In Patients with Class II Malocclusion
Background and purpose: Some measurements such as angles and planes drawn in lateral cephalometry have different relationships and correlation coefficients which help to distinguish different types of malocclusions. The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between ANB, Wits, occlusal plane, and Y-axis cephalometric measurements in patients with class II malocclusion. Materials...
متن کاملCephalometric Comparison of Position of the Hyoid Bone in Class I and Class II Patients
Background: According to the close proximity of hyoid bone with dentofacial structures and its muscular attachments, a probable relationship between it and different types of skeletal patterns is suspected. Objectives: The aim of this study is compare the position of hyoid bone in skeletal class I and class II patients. Methods: In this study 50 cephalograms were divided into two groups, skelet...
