چکیده
Real-time detection of early chatter is a vital strategy to improve machining quality and material removal rate in the high-speed milling processes. This paper proposes maximum entropy (MaxEnt) feature-based reliability model method for real-time based on multiple sampling per revolution (MSPR) technique second-order (SORM). To enhance reliability, MSPR used acquire sets once-per-revolution sampled data (i.e., data) overcome shortcoming sampling. The proposed MaxEnt solves issue while ensuring its reliability. failure hazard function (FHF) estimated as indicator by using SORM with feature. consists five steps. First, set prior parameters. Then collect technique. Next, calculate standard deviation collected feature estimate FHF applying Finally, implement threshold FHF0. applied process. Two examples prove that can detect two kinds chatter: early-stage severe slightly intolerable chatter.

In todays manufacturing industry, high-speed milling plays an important role. The main benefits of high-speed milling over conventional milling are the high material removal rates with relatively low cutting forces. The efficiency of high-speed milling is limited by the occurrence of regenerative chatter. Chatter is an undesired instability phenomenon, causing excessive tool vibrations, reduced...

The current study is focused on determining the mRNA expression levels of tetranectin, to detect oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and thus aiding in its classification at an early stage. RNA was isolated and cDNA synthesis was performed from the saliva samples of the patients and healthy individuals. A semiquantitative PCR based analysis was performed prior to quantitative and expression bas...

متن کاملChatter control in the high-speed milling process using μ-synthesis
Chatter is an instability phenomenon in machining processes which limits productivity and results in inferior workpiece quality, noise and rapid tool wear. The increasing demand for productivity in the manufacturing community motivates the development of an active control strategy to shape the chatter stability boundary of manufacturing processes. In this work a control methodology for the high...
