Objective: To determine Maternal and Fetal outcome in women undergoing induction of labour with low dose misoprostol.
 Method: A cross-sectional study was carried out to the efficacy Misoprostol for labor (IOL) MTI, Lady Reading Hospital (LRH), Peshawar from 21st January 31st December 2021. Sixty-six (66.46%) had gestational 37-40 weeks. Premature rupture membranes most common indication (32.9%). doses misoprostol required 31.2% females. Only 5.6% induction. With 85.1% spontaneously, 2.37% forceps delivery, 1.7% vacuum 10.68% by Caesarean Section. APGAR 8 /10 84% neonates at birth. Eighty-seven %(87.8%) did not require NICU admission.
 Conclusion: is a safe medicine be used induce It can help shorten duration labor, good fetomaternal outcome.
