Material Optimization of Potential High-<i>T</i><sub>c</sub> Superconducting Single-Layer Cuprates

We investigated the material parameters of several single-layer cuprates, including those with fluorinated buffer layers, aim identifying possible high-temperature superconductors. To evaluate parameters, we use Wannierization techniques and constrained random phase approximation. The obtained single-band Hubbard models are studied using fluctuation–exchange approximation, superconductivity is by solving linearized Eliashberg equation. Comparison among cuprates reveals unknown high-Tc In, Ga, Al, Cd compounds in particular show potential to exhibit higher-Tc than Hg1201.
