MARTIAL ARTS FITNESS TRAINING IN UNIVERSITIES

ABSTRACT Introduction: Physical fitness training is essential for performing tactical and improving performance in martial arts competitions, a critical element the speed, strength, endurance of its athletes. Objective: This paper explores effect physical on main tasks university practitioners. Methods: By selecting 16 practitioners as volunteers, they received 12 weeks training, whereas only experimental group specially designed training. The athletes’ stability strength were measured before after application, their data analyzed through statistical method. Results: In eight-level abdominal bridge test, group's results significantly improved compared to control (P<0.05).
