Marketing Decision Support System Based on Data Mining Technology

With the continuous development of business intelligence technology, application research decision support systems (DSSs) is deepening. In China, work in this area started relatively late, and there are few DSS cases to assist marketing decision-making. Currently, have shortcomings data integration, historical data, query functions, analysis. This article analyzes characteristics decision-making, discusses warehouse, OLAP, mining technology systems, designs a system based on technology. The uses BP neural network conduct forecasting. A three-layer model for prediction established, with sales time, product price, customer purchasing power as inputs output volume certain type different locations. test results show that average absolute percentage error method 15.13%, accuracy high. Research shows cannot only help users scientific reasonable decision-making analyses, making process more reasonable, but also can bring new ideas enterprise decision-makers, promoting improvement progress system.
