Fish parasites act as a vector of other pathogenic diseases such bacteria and virus in fish. Although it has been long known that fish can for bacterial pathogens, their role the transmission specific pathogens via particular off-host stage neglected. The aim present study was to disclose if copepod parasite, Lernanthropus kroyeri stage, store up aquatic pathogens: Aeromonas hydrophila, Photobacterium damsela subsp. piscicida, Vibrio (Listonella) anguillarum, V. harveyi, vulnificus, alginolyticus. Our results using Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) method demonstrated bacteria, anguillarum is internally parasites, L. kroyeri. It also found could survive given time with its potential vectoring ability terms bacterium This demonstrates evidence parasite on gills sea bass reservoir pathogen anguillarum.
